Application rules Twitter Spell Bad News for TweetDeck naming?

MG earlier wrote a post on rules relating to its trademarks, logos and so on to Twitter.

Here's what I go on the guidelines has:

Appoint your application or products, request for a domain

: Use Tweet to your application only if it is designed to be used exclusively with the Twitter platform.

Do: Use Tweet to your application if used with any any other platform.

The reason why this struck me as odd is because desktop and mobile applications more popular with the word "tweet" in its name is TweetDeck, present two forms of native client desktop and notebook (Adobe AIR, iOS and Android).

TweetDeck "is designed to be used exclusively with the Twitter platform"?

TweetDeck enables people to interact with Twitter friends via a single interface with lots of bells and whistles, but it is much more than cela.afin clarify, application boasts support for platforms such as Facebook, Foursquare, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Google's Buzz.

It is five major infringements Twitter là.Question naming is: Twitter intends to adhere to these guidelines and fix TweetDeck Act (and co) effectively?

I've asked a Twitter comment and will update when I hear back from them.
